Order sync

Order sync pushes your WooCommerce order details directly to your Transdirect members area as customers complete checkout. This means you can book couriers with a single click — no re-entering addresses, item details, or weights.

When a customer places an order on your WooCommerce store, the plugin automatically uploads the order information to your Transdirect members area. The order appears ready for you to review and book.

This includes:

  • Pickup and delivery addresses
  • Item descriptions, dimensions, and weights
  • Customer contact details
  • Order reference numbers

Order sync provides two options for controlling which orders are pushed to Transdirect. These are configured under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Transdirect Shipping.

Sync only Transdirect shipping orders

Only orders where the customer selected a Transdirect shipping method at checkout are synced. Orders using other shipping methods (e.g. flat rate, free shipping, local pickup) are ignored.

Best for stores that offer multiple shipping methods and only want Transdirect to handle orders where customers explicitly chose a Transdirect quote.

Sync all orders

Every order placed on your store is synced to Transdirect, regardless of which shipping method the customer selected at checkout.

Best for stores that want all orders available in their Transdirect members area — even if the customer chose a non-Transdirect shipping option. You can then decide per-order whether to book through Transdirect.

Once the order appears in your Transdirect members area, you can review the details, select a courier, and complete the booking. The connote and tracking information are then available for you and your customer.
