Multipickup and frequent rates

Couriers Please and Aramex have a Frequent User Price (multipickup price) for stores that send several consignments in each collection. It is usually lower than their Everyday Price. You choose, per courier, which price your Shopify checkout quotes use.

Frequent rates are switched on for new Transdirect accounts by default, including accounts created from the Shopify app.

Choose the price

  1. Open multipickup pricing

    In Shopify admin, go to Apps > Transdirect Shipping and click the Multipickup pricing card on the Dashboard.

  2. Pick a price for each courier

    The Couriers Please and Aramex cards each offer Everyday Price or Frequent User Price. Frequent User Price suits stores with at least 3 consignments per collection. You can mix them, for example Frequent User Price for Couriers Please and Everyday Price for Aramex.

  3. Save and check

    Click Save changes, then start a test checkout and check the Couriers Please or Aramex rate.

Quotes for other couriers always use their standard price.

Frequent rates in your own integration

If you also quote through the API, frequent rates appear as tiers in the quote response. Read the tier from the response rather than hard-coding tier names. See Frequent rates.
