Courier settings

Courier settings control which couriers appear at checkout and how their prices are adjusted.

They are in the members area: go to Settings > Integrations, click Settings on your WooCommerce store’s row, open the Shipping rules tab and find Courier display and pricing. The table has the columns Enabled, Courier, Rename / group, Surcharge and Fixed price. Click Save changes when you are done.

Turn couriers on or off

Untick Enabled to stop a courier’s quotes appearing at checkout. If every courier is unticked, Transdirect does not restrict the list and shows all couriers available to your account.

Rename or group couriers

Enter a name in Rename / group to show it instead of the courier’s name, for example “Express Shipping” instead of “TNT Overnight Express”.

If you give several couriers the same name, each one is still a separate rate with that name, so a customer can see two “Express Shipping” options at different prices. To show one option, set Quote display to Display cheapest (see Configuration) or untick the couriers you do not want.

Surcharge per courier

Enter an amount in Surcharge and choose $ or % to raise that courier’s quotes only. Percentages are applied as whole numbers.

Per-courier surcharges apply only while Apply general surcharge is off. When the general surcharge is on, it applies to every courier and the per-courier values are ignored.

Fixed price per courier

Enter an amount in Fixed price to replace that courier’s quote with a set price, for example to offer a flat-rate option alongside live quotes. The fixed price is used in whole dollars (cents are dropped), and no surcharge is added to it.
