Configuration
All settings are in the Magento admin under System > Configuration: in the left-hand column, under Transdirect Shipping Module, click General Settings. Click Save Config after changing them, and test checkout after every change.
Enable Extension

Authentication (Member Details)

Warehouse Address

Default Item Size
Section titled “Default Item Size”Dimensions (cm) and Weight (kg) used for products that have no size or weight in Magento. For accurate quotes, set dimensions and weight on each product instead.
Order Sync

The From Address section holds your company address, email address, phone, address and suburb.
Display Options

Couriers table
Section titled “Couriers table”- Untick Enable to stop a courier’s quotes appearing.
- Rename/Group shows your name instead of the courier’s. When several couriers share a name, only the cheapest of them is shown, under that name.
- Surcharge and Unit add an amount to that courier’s rate. The general surcharge is then added on top.
Order Boxing
Section titled “Order Boxing”| Setting | Description |

| Box Size | The volumetric weight (kg) each box can hold. Items are added to a box until it reaches this weight. |
Known limitations
Section titled “Known limitations”These come from the extension’s code and affect every store that runs it:
- Quote Display and the Available Couriers multi-select do not filter the rates shown. Use the couriers table to turn couriers off.
- Every quote is requested with a residential delivery address and a declared value of $10,000, whatever the customer entered.
- The last courier in each quote response is never shown, so one available courier is always missing from checkout.
- The cart-page shipping estimator sends its requests to a Transdirect test server that is not publicly reachable, so it shows no quotes. Quotes at checkout use the live service.
- Order sync runs from a Magento cron job that may not start on your store, and synced orders are all given the same fixed paid date (1 June 2015) instead of the order’s real one. Check that orders actually reach the Orders page of your members area.
- Show Courier Names, the two tail-lift options (Pickup - If Tail Lift Required Include in Quote and Delivery - If Tail Lift Required Include in Quote) and Inclue Insurance Surcharge (sic) are not sent with the quote request, so they do not change the rates.
If these matter for your store, consider building your checkout integration on the REST API.
