eBay store integration

Overview

Link your eBay store to your Transdirect account to automatically import orders. Once connected, you can quote, book, and track all your eBay shipments directly from the Transdirect members area.

Connect your eBay store

1. Go to Orders

   Log in to your Transdirect members area and select Orders from the menu.

2. Add a new integration

   Click the (+) button to add a new store integration.

3. Select eBay

   On the Store Integrations page, select eBay from the dropdown. You will be redirected to eBay.

4. Log in to eBay

   Log in to the eBay account you want to connect. Use the account that manages the store you want to import orders from.

5. Grant access

   Click Agree on the Grant Application Access page. This allows Transdirect to retrieve your order information from eBay.

   Note

   Transdirect only reads order and shipping details. It does not modify your eBay listings or account settings.

6. Return to Transdirect

   After granting access, you are automatically redirected back to the Transdirect Orders page. Your eBay store now appears in your list of connected integrations.

7. Import your orders

   Click the eBay button on the Orders page to retrieve all current orders from your eBay store. Imported orders are ready to quote and book.

Tip

You can reconnect or remove your eBay integration at any time from the Store Integrations page.

Multiple eBay accounts

There is no limit to the number of eBay accounts or integrations you can connect. Every connected account is synced when you import orders.

Order import rules

• Orders are fetched from your last synced order, provided you have synced within the past 90 days. If it has been longer than that (or you have never synced), the past 15 days of orders are fetched — eBay does not allow Transdirect to retrieve orders older than 90 days.
• All orders are imported, regardless of their status in eBay — not just unfulfilled ones. Orders that already exist in Transdirect are not duplicated.

Caution

If you return after more than 90 days away, only the last 15 days of orders can be imported. Orders created in the gap between your last sync and that 15-day window cannot be retrieved — on that import or any later one. This is a limit of the eBay API, not something Transdirect can work around, so import regularly if you need a complete order history.

Tracking

Once an imported order is booked and the booking is confirmed by a courier, Transdirect sends the tracking number back to the order in eBay, along with a note containing a Transdirect tracking link. Click the link in eBay to track the shipment.

You can also track from the Transdirect members area: open Bookings, select the booking, and choose Track.
